Cancel An Order

Unfortunately in the time it took you to realise you don't actually want something after all we will have already sent your order to the warehouse.

As you read this, someone will have picked up the automatically printed packing slip, put it into a box and sent it on a conveyor belt journey for picking, packing and dispatching to you.

We learned pretty quickly that trying to find that box on the conveyor belt to cancel the order does not help anyone. The conveyor belt has to be stopped and everyone has to look for your order. That in itself takes a lot of time and everybody else's orders get held up. Then warehouse staff have to stay late to make sure everything gets on the van and as much as we love our job no one wants to work after midnight.

What you need to do is contact us and tell us you no longer want the order. We will arrange for someone to come and collect it from you!
