Items Missing From My Order

Please accept our apologies if items are missing from your order. There can be several reasons why, but rest assured we will get the missing item(s) to you as soon as possible, as long as the shortage has been reported to us within 14 working days of delivery.

Firstly, the item might be arriving separately from your initial delivery. Click on My Account and select Order Tracking for further information.

Secondly, we may not have stock of this item so it will be on backorder. Please check on your email confirmation and dispatch note to see if this is stated.

Thirdly, you may like to take note of the delivery timeframe on this product which is stated underneath the product description on our website, therefore indicating when you can expect it.

If none of the above applies then please get in contact with us and we'll go on the hunt to find it for you.
